ACCOUNT DELETION – WECIRCLE

HOW TO REQUEST DELETION

  • Users cannot delete their account directly inside the app.

  • To delete your account, you must contact the store you are connected with in WeCircle. The store administrates all information related to your account.

  • Each store has a responsible administrator who can process your deletion request.

WHAT IS DELETED

When you request deletion through the associated store:

  • All personal information (name, email, phone, profile data, etc.) is permanently deleted.

  • All login information is deleted unless you are registered as a seller in several shops. In that case, login credentials are preserved until all shops are deleted or you request otherwise.

WHAT IS RETAINED

In line with local regulations:

  • Financial records (sales, payouts, invoices, tax-related data) must be retained for 5 years to comply with accounting and tax law.

  • This retention overrides GDPR deletion rights. After the legal period expires, the data is permanently deleted.

TIMELINE

  • Deletion requests are processed by your associated store as soon as possible.

  • Personal information is deleted immediately after confirmation.

  • Financial records are archived securely for 5 years, then deleted.

EFFECTS OF DELETION

  • Once deletion is complete, you lose access to the account and all related data in WeCircle for that store.

  • Deletion cannot be undone.

  • If you are a seller connected to multiple stores, only the selected store’s data is deleted unless you request deletion across all stores.
